Pipe heavy

Describing a condition where the weight of the drill string or tubing string in the wellbore is greater than the upward buoyant force exerted by the drilling fluid. This results in a net downward force, indicating that the string is not stuck and can be moved freely. It is the opposite of being pipe light.
