Rwa
Term · Oil and gas · MLC-T-OAG-003219
The apparent water resistivity, calculated from resistivity logs in a clean, water-saturated formation using Archie's equation. This value provides an estimate of the formation water resistivity (Rw) in the absence of hydrocarbons. It is used as a baseline for hydrocarbon saturation calculations in adjacent zones.
