An advanced thermal enhanced oil recovery method that uses two parallel horizontal wells, one above the other, drilled into a heavy oil reservoir. Steam is continuously injected into the upper well, creating a steam chamber that heats the oil, reducing its viscosity. The heated oil and condensed steam then drain by gravity into the lower production well.
