Term · Oil and gas · MLC-T-OAG-003285
Liquid hydrocarbons that condense and collect in gas gathering lines carrying casinghead gas, and are captured in scrubbers at the inlet of a gas processing plant. It is a light condensate by-product of gas handling rather than a solvent. Unlike lean oil, which is the absorbent used in absorption plants, it is a recovered product.
