Seabed geophone

A sensor deployed on the ocean floor to detect seismic waves, primarily used in marine seismic surveys. It converts ground motion into electrical signals, which are then recorded as seismic data. These devices are often used in ocean bottom cable (OBC) or ocean bottom node (OBN) systems.
