Static seal

A sealing component designed to prevent leakage between two surfaces that do not move relative to each other. It creates a tight barrier under constant pressure and temperature conditions. Examples include O-rings, gaskets, and flange seals, which are commonly used in stationary connections in pipelines and pressure vessels.
