Traveltime

The total time elapsed for a seismic wave to propagate from its source to a receiver, including reflections or refractions from subsurface layers. It is a fundamental measurement in seismic exploration used to determine the depth and geometry of geological structures. Traveltimes are typically measured in milliseconds.
