¹³C-NOESY-HSQC
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-000002
A three-dimensional NMR experiment for 13C-labelled proteins in which a NOESY transfer between protons is followed by an HSQC step, so that each proton-proton NOE cross peak is spread out by the 13C chemical shift of the carbon bonded to one of the protons. It gives through-space proton contacts that serve as distance restraints in protein structure determination. The experiment has one carbon and two proton frequency axes, which resolves the overlap found in 2D NOESY spectra.
