Adsorption isobar
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-000290
A graphical representation showing the amount of a substance adsorbed onto a solid surface as a function of temperature, while maintaining a constant pressure of the adsorbate gas. This plot illustrates how temperature influences the adsorption equilibrium at a fixed pressure. It is used to determine the isosteric heat of adsorption.
