Amines

Organic compounds derived from ammonia by replacing one or more hydrogen atoms with alkyl or aryl groups. They are classified as primary, secondary, or tertiary based on the number of organic substituents attached to the nitrogen atom. Amines are basic compounds and are widely found in biological systems and pharmaceuticals.
