Anemia

A condition characterized by a deficiency of red blood cells or hemoglobin in the blood, leading to reduced oxygen-carrying capacity. This can result from decreased red blood cell production, increased red blood cell destruction, or blood loss. Iron deficiency anemia is a common type, often treated with iron supplementation.
