Aneugen
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-000586
A chemical agent that causes aneuploidy, which is an abnormal number of chromosomes in a cell. This effect arises from interference with the normal process of chromosome segregation during cell division, particularly during mitosis or meiosis.
