Anticircular elution

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-000669

A mode of radial elution in chromatography where the mobile phase flows from the outer circumference of a circular chromatographic bed towards the center. The sample is applied as a circular band near the outer edge. This technique is less common than circular elution, where the flow is from the center outwards.
