Azeotropic point
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-001047
The specific composition and temperature at which a liquid mixture boils without a change in its composition. At this point, the vapor phase has the same composition as the liquid phase. Azeotropes can be either minimum-boiling or maximum-boiling, depending on their deviation from Raoult's law.
