Bell stage

A stage in tooth development where the enamel organ, dental papilla, and dental follicle differentiate into their characteristic bell shape. During this period, histodifferentiation and morphodifferentiation occur, leading to the formation of the crown of the tooth. This stage follows the cap stage and precedes the apposition stage.
