Dental fluorosis

A cosmetic condition characterized by changes in the appearance of tooth enamel, ranging from faint white streaks to severe brown staining and pitting. It results from excessive fluoride intake during tooth development, typically in childhood. The severity depends on the dose, duration, and timing of fluoride exposure.
