Benign monoclonal gammopathy

A condition characterized by the presence of a monoclonal immunoglobulin or its fragments in the blood or urine, without evidence of multiple myeloma or related B-cell lymphoproliferative disorders. This condition is considered stable and does not progress to malignancy in most individuals. Regular monitoring is recommended to detect any progression, which occurs in about 1% of cases per year.
