Myeloma

A malignant proliferation of plasma cells, which are a type of white blood cell responsible for producing antibodies. This cancer primarily affects the bone marrow, leading to the accumulation of abnormal plasma cells. Multiple myeloma is the most common form, characterized by bone lesions, kidney dysfunction, and anemia.
