Bottom-up lithography
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-001448
A fabrication approach in which nanostructures are built by assembling smaller molecular or atomic components into larger, more complex systems. This method contrasts with top-down lithography, which involves removing material from a larger block. Self-assembly of block copolymers is a prominent example of bottom-up lithography.
