Co-assembly
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-002159
The spontaneous organization of two or more distinct molecular components into a larger, ordered supramolecular structure. This process is driven by non-covalent interactions between the different components, leading to the formation of complex architectures. Co-assembly is a fundamental process in the creation of functional materials and biological systems.
