Comb polymer
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-002263
A polymer characterized by a linear backbone chain with multiple polymeric side chains attached along its length, creating a comb-like architecture. The side chains are typically identical in composition and length, leading to a regular structure. This architecture can impart unique rheological and thermal properties to the material.
