Continuous-flow matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-002506
A variant of matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) where the sample, dissolved in a matrix solution, is continuously delivered to the target plate. This technique allows for sustained signal acquisition and improved reproducibility compared to static MALDI. It is often coupled with liquid chromatography for online analysis of complex mixtures.
