Crepitations

A crackling, rattling, or bubbling sound heard during auscultation, particularly in the lungs or joints. In the lungs, these sounds indicate the presence of fluid or inflammation in the alveoli or bronchioles. They are often associated with conditions such as pneumonia or congestive heart failure.
