Cytotoxic T lymphocyte assay
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-002844
A laboratory method used to measure the ability of cytotoxic T lymphocytes to kill target cells. This assay quantifies the specific lysis of target cells by effector T cells, often using radioactive labels or fluorescent dyes. It is a common tool in immunology research to assess cell-mediated immunity.
