Dose-response curve
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-003401
A graphical representation showing the relationship between the dose of a substance and the proportion of a population exhibiting a defined response. The curve plots the percentage of individuals responding against the administered dose. This curve is used to determine parameters such as the EC50 or LD50 values.
