Interference curve

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-005942

A graphical representation showing the relationship between the concentration of an interfering substance and the measured signal of an analyte. This curve quantifies the extent to which a co-existing species affects the analytical determination of the target compound. Such curves are generated during method validation in atomic spectroscopy.
