Concentration-response curve
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-002367
A graphical plot that depicts the relationship between the concentration of a chemical or agent and the proportion of a population exhibiting a specific response. This curve is used in ecotoxicology to assess the toxicity of substances to populations of organisms. Key parameters derived from this curve include LC50 (lethal concentration 50%) or EC50 (effective concentration 50%).
