Enantioselective chromatography
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-003871
A chromatographic technique designed to separate enantiomers, which are stereoisomers that are non-superimposable mirror images of each other. This separation is achieved by using a chiral stationary phase or a chiral mobile phase additive that interacts differently with each enantiomer. The method is widely applied in pharmaceutical analysis for separating drug enantiomers.
