Chiral stationary phase

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-002005

A chromatographic stationary phase that contains chiral selectors capable of interacting differentially with enantiomers. These interactions lead to the separation of enantiomeric compounds based on their distinct affinities for the chiral selector. Chiral stationary phases are widely used in high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the resolution of racemic mixtures.
