Endometabolome
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-003898
The complete set of small-molecule metabolites found within the cells, tissues, or organs of an organism. This includes intermediates and products of metabolic pathways, such as amino acids, sugars, and lipids. Studying the endometabolome provides insights into the physiological state and biochemical processes occurring inside biological systems.
