Energy storage efficiency

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-003930

The ratio of the energy stored in a chemical system to the energy input required to achieve that storage, expressed as a percentage. This metric quantifies how effectively a photochemical process converts absorbed light energy into chemical potential energy. It is a key parameter in evaluating the performance of solar energy conversion systems.
