Storage modulus

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-011450

A measure of the elastic response of a material under oscillatory deformation, representing the energy stored and recovered per cycle of deformation. It quantifies the material's ability to store mechanical energy. This modulus is a key parameter in dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and is expressed in Pascals (Pa).
