Flow cytometry
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-004494
A laboratory technique that measures and analyzes the physical and chemical characteristics of cells or particles as they pass single file through a laser beam. It can simultaneously detect multiple parameters such as cell size, granularity, and fluorescence intensity. This method is widely applied in immunology, cell biology, and clinical diagnostics.
