Immunofluorescence
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-005669
A microscopy technique that uses antibodies labeled with fluorescent dyes to detect specific antigens in cells or tissues. The fluorescent label allows visualization of the antigen's location and distribution under a fluorescence microscope. This method is widely used in cell biology, pathology, and clinical diagnostics for identifying specific proteins or pathogens.
