Glassy carbon electrode
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-004897
A solid electrode fabricated from a non-graphitizing carbon material that exhibits properties of both glass and graphite. It possesses high electrical conductivity, chemical inertness, and a wide potential window, making it suitable for many electrochemical applications. This electrode material is commonly used in voltammetry and amperometry.
