Harm

An adverse effect on the health of an organism, population, or ecosystem, resulting from exposure to a chemical or other stressor. This can manifest as physiological damage, reduced reproductive success, or ecological imbalance. The severity of harm depends on the dose, duration of exposure, and sensitivity of the affected entity.
