Hyperspectral imaging

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-005527

An analytical technique that acquires and processes data from across the electromagnetic spectrum to obtain detailed spectral information for each pixel in an image. This method allows for the identification and quantification of materials based on their unique spectral signatures. Hyperspectral imaging finds applications in remote sensing, medical diagnostics, and material science.
