Isoselective relationship
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-006215
A linear relationship observed when the selectivity of a reaction or process is plotted against a varying parameter, such as temperature, for a series of related systems. This implies that the mechanism governing selectivity remains consistent across the series. Such relationships are often used in physical organic chemistry to analyze reaction pathways.
