Latex agglutination test

A rapid immunological assay used to detect the presence of specific antigens or antibodies in a sample. This test involves mixing a sample with latex beads coated with either antibodies or antigens. If the target analyte is present, it causes the latex beads to clump together, forming visible aggregates.
