Particle immunoassay

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-008504

A type of immunoassay that uses particles, such as latex beads or magnetic beads, as solid supports for the immobilization of antigens or antibodies. These particles facilitate the separation of bound and unbound components, allowing for sensitive detection of analytes. The aggregation or agglutination of these particles can be measured optically or by flow cytometry.
