Lectin microarray
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-006509
A high-throughput analytical platform consisting of multiple lectins immobilized on a solid surface, such as a glass slide or chip. This array is used to profile the glycan structures present in biological samples by detecting their binding interactions with the immobilized lectins. The binding events are typically detected using fluorescence or other optical methods.
