Macrognathia

A developmental anomaly characterized by an abnormally large jaw, which can affect either the maxilla (upper jaw) or the mandible (lower jaw). This condition can lead to malocclusion, difficulties in chewing and speaking, and aesthetic concerns. It is often associated with genetic factors or certain endocrine disorders, such as acromegaly.
