Magnetic field strength
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-006903
A measure of the intensity of a magnetic field, representing the force exerted on a unit magnetic pole or the magnetizing force. It is often denoted by H and is distinct from magnetic flux density. The SI unit for magnetic field strength is amperes per meter (A/m).
