Micellar mass

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-007289

The molecular weight of a micelle, which is an aggregate of surfactant molecules in a solution. This mass depends on the number of surfactant molecules forming the micelle, known as the aggregation number, and the molecular weight of each surfactant. It can be determined by techniques such as light scattering.
