Multilayered particle
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-007646
A particle composed of two or more distinct layers of different materials, often with a core-shell structure. Each layer contributes specific properties to the overall particle, such as enhanced stability or controlled release characteristics. These particles are frequently synthesized through sequential polymerization steps or deposition techniques.
