Network-chain molar mass
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-007849
The average molar mass of the polymer chains between two adjacent cross-link points in a polymer network. This parameter is inversely related to the cross-link density of the network. It significantly influences the mechanical properties, such as elasticity and swelling behavior, of the cross-linked material.
