Polarisation spectroscopy

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-009075

A spectroscopic technique that measures changes in the polarization state of light after interaction with a sample. This method provides information about the orientation and dynamics of molecules. It is particularly sensitive to anisotropic properties of materials, such as those found in liquid crystals or stretched polymers.
