Poly ICLC
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-009091
A synthetic double-stranded RNA complex of polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid stabilized with poly-L-lysine and carboxymethylcellulose. This modification enhances its stability and reduces its degradation by nucleases, allowing for prolonged immunostimulatory effects. Poly ICLC acts as a potent inducer of interferon and is investigated for its antiviral and antitumor properties.
