Reactive polymer

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-009982

A polymer that contains functional groups capable of undergoing further chemical reactions, either with other polymers, small molecules, or surfaces. These reactions can lead to crosslinking, grafting, or the formation of new chemical structures. Such polymers are often used as precursors for functional materials or in polymer modification processes.
