Redox polymer
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-010042
A polymer that contains electrochemically active functional groups capable of undergoing reversible oxidation and reduction reactions. These polymers can store and release charge, making them suitable for applications in batteries, sensors, and electrocatalysis. The redox centers are often incorporated into the polymer backbone or as pendant groups.
